Hoteliers

Due to the increasing number of tourists arriving in Vietnam, there is some tension with the number of beds in hotels in certain seasons.

However, it is probably not necessary to open a small hotel – there is strong competition in Vietnam and you may come across with the lack of understanding of local hoteliers.

According to the survey of international auditing firm Grant Thornton, hotel business is one of the most profitable in Vietnam.

Only large firms can build hotels in Vietnam and enter into competition.

For example, before the 2008-09 crisis, the owner of the chain Pasta Project K. Neklyudov acquired 100 hectares of land in Vietnam where it is planned to build a new resort area: golf course, two five-star hotels, 70-80 villas, apartment complex for 200-300 rooms.

Investment in the project accounts to $ 150-200 millions.
